Returns Policy

We accept returns for items within the first 30 days of receiving your merchandise. You may return it for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order as long as all merchandise is returned in new condition (unused), in order for a return to be accepted, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. If a returned item appears to have been used, the customer will be contacted and a refund or exchange will not be granted.

All returns are subject to our inspection and approval. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

1. Obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER from us via email within 30 days of your original order date. Your email must include your name, original order number and the reason for your return.

2. We will email you back with your RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

3. Pack up your purchase and send it back to us with your NAME, RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and the ORIGINAL ORDER NUMBER found on your invoice.

4. Upon receiving the returned items, we will credit back your purchase to the original credit card less shipping.

If there is anything missing from your order or damaged please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
